Job Title: Asbestos Analyst

Location: Based in Essex, your role will encompass work across London and its surrounding areas, providing a diverse and stimulating work environment.

Salary: £36,000 - £38,000 a year including Company Car & Fuel card.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Shift & Schedule: Monday to Friday 10 hours shifts + Overtime & Weekend availability.

Benefits: Company Pension & Bonus Scheme.

Specific Skills
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Essential qualifications: P403 and P404.
  • Proven experience as an Asbestos Analyst within the field.
  • Familiarity with TEAMS asbestos software is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and dedication to maintaining accurate records.
Responsible For
Role Overview: As an Asbestos Analyst holding P403/P404 qualifications, you will play a pivotal role in our continued success. Your responsibilities will encompass conducting meticulous asbestos air monitoring, utilizing TEAMS asbestos software, you will produce accurate and insightful reports. Supported by our experienced management team, you can expect a balanced mix of projects covering both commercial and domestic clients.   Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform detailed asbestos air monitoring in adherence to established HSG248 guidelines.
  • Utilize TEAMS asbestos software to generate comprehensive reports.
  • Collaborate with an array of clients, ranging from commercial enterprises to domestic residences.
  • Enjoy a diverse workload facilitated by our skilled management team.
  • Engage in up to two jobs per day, ensuring quality and precision.
  • Benefit from the use of our modern 23 plate vehicle, equipped with a cutting-edge mobile laboratory.
