Job Title: Demolition Commercial Manager

Salary: £40 - 50k + Car + fuel (Dependant on experience)

 

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.

Location: Oxford

 

Due to continued expansion our client currently has a vacancy for an experienced Commercial Manager to work in the busy Demolition Department.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy, forward thinking, friendly company committed to staff development and the post offers good potential for career development. This role will involve general contract duties including liaising with clients, quoting, and managing the commercial aspects of projects.

Specific Skills
The ideal candidate will need the following skills and qualities:
  • Previous Contracting experience.
  • Experience within the demolition and/or construction industry.
  • Experience managing project expenditure and client's expectations.
  • Excellent administration and IT skills including word, excel & outlook as well as familiarity with programming software.
  • Organised and methodical.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Accurate and pays attention to detail.
  • Full Driving License.
