General Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience working within the personal protective equipment sector (PPE) and distributor sales environment. Ideally you will possess pre-existing relations with key UK distributors within the PPE sector and will have some knowledge of the protective eyewear market and products. Exceptional negotiation and commercial skills a must Proven track record of previous sales achievements. Advanced Microsoft skills (Word/Excel). Sales Focus and the ability to follow, protect and respect the sales process. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills. You should be willing to travel nationwide. This is a Hybrid role. Full clean driving licence.

Key duties: Drive sales revenue through new client acquisition within the PPE distributor market. Actively manage the sales process, including positioning, presenting, and closing sales. Act as an industry expert when talking to prospects. Build and manage a book of business through outbound prospecting as well as inbound   opportunities and via social media and other marketing channels. Be organised - effectively manage sales by analysing reports & utilising data to optimise sales opportunities. Liaise with our internal Account Management Team. Work under own initiative but with support and guidance from the Director of Sales.

Salary: Circa£35-45k plus commission
