The Ideal Candidate: Developing effective working relationships with existing and new clients. Proactively seeking to develop accounts and bring on new business. Managing the recruitment cycle from attracting candidates to placement with the client. Achieve or exceed targets and objectives. Preparing candidates CVs, Job Specifications, Adverts, and other paperwork required. Presenting candidates to clients with recommendation and supporting evidence. Rates negotiations with the clients. Daily review of new applicants and searching for potential candidates. Experience within a sales environment. Professional telephone manner and appearance.

Key Responsibilities: Use your client knowledge to generate more leads within their business. New Business to gain new clients and leads. Site visits to manage client relationships. Grow existing client accounts by identifying further sales opportunities. Interact with clients to assist them with their recruitment needs.  

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 DOE + Commission
